Aiden Fucci Is Charged As An Adult
In recent updates by authorities, it is said that Aiden Fucci is being charged with first degree murder as an adult for the murder of his classmate Tristyn Bailey. He faces life without parole.
Aiden Fucci was first arrested on May 10th following the discovery of Tristyn Bailey’s knife-wounded body in their neighborhood woods. He was initially given second degree juvenile charges, but after weeks of discussion, authorities have deciphered the severity of the case, and just how important it is that he be charged with a strict sentence.
Tristyn is said to have received 114 stab wounds, 49 of which were defensive, and while the tip of the weapon was lodged into her skull, the weapon was found in a lake nearby.
