Beloved Country Singer Toby Kieth Dead at 62 

   On February 5th, 2024, Toby Kieth peacefully passed away at 62 years old after a brief battle with stomach cancer. The singer, mainly known for his iconic song “Red Solo Cup”, announced his cancer diagnosis in 2022 after his prognosis in the fall of 2021. Kieth was loved by many country-music enthusiasts due to his honkey-tonk style, which is evident in songs such as “Beer for My Horses.” The country singer’s career was nothing short of successful. Kieth was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame, the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame, and was even awarded the National Medal of the Arts by former President Donald Trump. Even after he was diagnosed, Kieth continued to show up for fans at his shows and even performed at the People’s Choice Country Awards. Toby Toby Kieth fans everywhere can take comfort in knowing that he is partying and raising his red solo cup in heaven.
