Football Playoffs are Here!
Today, November 15th, starting at 7:30p.m., our Nease Panthers have their first playoff game! It is a home game against Tate High School who is ranked 24th in the district. Our Nease Panthers are ranked 1st in the district! Nease has a record of 9-0, while Tate has a record of 7-3. Sports4jax predicts Nease will win with a score of 27 defeating Tate with a score of 20. The five team leaders are Maddox Spencer, KJ Perry, Kyle Hurtado, Joe Miracle III, and Elisha Luckett III. Quarterback Nate Harry and strong safety Shemar Mcnair are also key players to the team. During the St. Augustine game, Shemar picked the ball helping Nease secure the win through a huge comeback. However, Shemar is now out of the game due to injury. He partially tore his meniscus; however, Shemar should be back to the game soon! Although, his injury has been hard for the panthers, they have continued fighting, maintaining their undefeated record. Come support our panthers at the game tonight! The theme is camouflage, we look forward to seeing everyone dressed out in camo to support our team!
