Man Killed on I-95
The sedan he was driving is said to have been either completely stopped or traveling very slowly early last Wednesday morning. The accident was said to have occurred at 2:20 in the morning. A tractor trailer hit his car and it went through the guardrail, passing into oncoming traffic. The tractor trailer driver was not injured and his semi ended on the right side of the road turned over.
