A Close Friend Passes

     March 18, early Thursday morning George Moreland passed away in a car accident. At 3:30am, George and the driver went down a dead-end road and into the woods. The driver is said to be fine. A lot of our students here at Nease High School grew up with George Moreland and his family and this was such a tragic loss. He was known for his humor, kind heart, and love for the outdoors. A friend of the family has created a GoFundMe for the family.
