Coronavirus impact on Reopening schools

With schools having been open for months now, and more continuing to open, it is important to consider the impact the virus can have on teachers. Many teachers working right now are stressed over the dangers of Coronavirus within the classroom. Some even claim they fear for their lives as physical teacher, and while these fears are completely understandable, the data may not back it up. Many professionals claim that grades K-8 are very safe and are not a major source of the virus’s spread. They claim the enforcement of face masks, hand sanitizer, and even Florida’s warm weather help reduce the spread of the virus. Despite the valid claims on both sides of the argument, the superintendent of orange county has come out and said, “it doesn’t really matter at this point,” and despite people’s fears its, “an appropriate strategy.”
