Ending of Daylight Savings Time

As we get into the cooler months of fall and winter, it is noticeable how early the sun sets and how late the sun rises. This is the marking for the “fall back” of our upcoming time change. This Sunday November 6th, 2022 is the date where everyone’s clocks will turn back one hour. Meteorologist Mark Collins explains, “The mornings are dark for many heading to school and work since the sun doesn’t break the horizon until 7:41 a.m. at the start of this week. But the time switch back…will give you some earlier morning sun when it rises at 6:44 a.m.” It will be an adjustment for many, but some will appreciate the extra hour of sleep.
