Fatal Crash on I-95
On Wednesday March 31st, a 56-year-old man was killed in a car crash on I-95 by a tractor trailer. This stretch of I-95 is known for having lots of crashes, more specifically 25 fatal ones since 2016. Sources claim this stretch of I-95 has gotten more dangerous over time with an increase of traffic and reckless behaviors from drivers. These crashes typically shut down large portions of this stretch of highway for long periods of time, disrupting traffic flow and travel. Another deadly crash on I-95 in St. Johns county happened earlier this same month, leaving one man dead after being ejected from his vehicle and the passenger with minor injuries. Drivers must be extra cautious when driving on I-95 with the increasing dangers on the highway
