Northeast Florida Christmas Light Displays
The holiday season has officially begun in Northeast Florida! Here is a list of some of the events you can visit with loved ones to get you into the holiday spirit.
- Nights of Lights in St. Augustine: This display will run each night through January 31st and will feature more than 3 million lights lit up across town. It is the most historic light display in Northeast Florida and would make for a great winter activity. For more information, visit https://www.floridashistoriccoast.com/nights-lights/
- “Dazzling Nights” at Jacksonville Arboretum & Botanical Gardens: This event is a three-quarter mile interactive holiday experience that will feature a million lights, magical displays, shining forests, music, and sculptures. It will run until January 1st every night from 5:30 p.m to 9 p.m. For more information, visit https://www.dazzlingjax.com/
- Zoolights at the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens: Zoolights is the ideal winter wonderland for this holiday season! With more than 2 million various colored lights, picturesque backdrops, and creative imagery this is an event that you don’t want to miss. - Deck the Chairs in Jacksonville Beach: This is a free holiday light display at the Seawalk Pavilion and Latham Plaza that runs until January 1st. Deck the Chairs puts a unique twist on Christmas festivities by showcasing colorfully decorated lifeguard chairs including the Beaches Go Green Deckin’ Sustainability Student Exhibit. - Nocatee-A-Glow: This event takes place the entire month of December at Spray Waterpark and Nocatee Station Field. Some of the festivities include a Christmas village, musical and dance performances, a petting zoo, food trucks, horse-drawn carriage rides, and so much more.
