Sports Spotlight
The sports scene at Nease has been heating up these last few weeks. The most exciting event of all was the powderpuff football game. The team of freshmen girls achieved victory over the sophomores in the playoffs and went on to fight the seniors. It was a close fight, but eventually the seniors won with a score of 16-12. Additionally, the boy’s and girl’s tennis teams are headed to the state championships! We here at the Vertical wish them the best of luck! By: Sarah LaPorta

Powder Puff is a girls Flag Football game held each year at Nease allowing us to raise scholarship money for our seniors.
