Superstar Swimmer Katie Ledecky is New Coach in Florida

Legendary Olympic swimmer Katie Ledecky is making her way to Florida. Ledecky is a seven-time gold medalist and a national icon in the swimming world. She is coming to the University of Florida to become a volunteer coach alongside the head coach Anthony Nesty. while she trains for the 2024 Olympics. She has broken 14 world records and does not appear to be slowing down any time soon. Ledecky is excited to get started with the University of Florida’s swim program and says “I’m looking forward to the opportunity and challenges that lie ahead in Gainesville.” Everyone is looking forward to seeing how Ledecky’s coaching and experience will help improve the University of Florida’s swimming program!
